The Supply Chain Capacity and Modeling Senior Analyst is responsible for executing network and capacity models that identify requirements to support the current and future Supply Chain. This position will assist in the development of Annual Service Area Plans and be responsible for the execution of these plans. The Senior Analyst will partner across the organization to identify and source relevant data to populate modeling inputs and ensure the data's accuracy. The Analyst will also be responsible to communicate modeling outputs for decision making. Position will report to a Supply Chain Network Design in the Strategy and Network Capacity area.

Key Responsibilities
Development of Annual Service Area Plans to ensure service and cost are optimized. Responsible for stakeholder’s alignment, validation, and communication across impacted areas.Collaborate across Supply Chain and other business areas to develop and maintain business rules that apply to Service Area Planning and ensure DC/Store alignment plans do not compromise these rulesCollaborate with internal supply chain teams and other business stakeholders to identify, gather, analyze, data required network modelling and analytics focused on service area changesUtilize, maintain, and refresh network and capacity models across all the Supply Chain networks reflecting current state and the “art of the possible” with the current networkFully document data sources and assumptions used so others will know exactly how the model was developed and the inputs collectedDevelop and improve process for service area change to be smoother and more predictive; partner with cross-functional teams to understand required inputs.Individual ContributorMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics or Applied Mathematics or Related Field and 3-5 Years 3 Years Experience in creative problem solving and working cross-functionally to achieve cost targets, desired design intent and project deadlinesHigh School Diploma and 6 years of equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics or Applied Mathematics or Related Field Experience modeling and data analytics Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents for presentation to managementWorking knowledge of distribution and transportation operationsAbility to manage and manipulate large data sets for use in analytical toolsBenefits
