SC QC Technician|1st shift
Overview Work Schedule - Monday - Thursday 4:00 am - 2:30 pm Overtime awarded/forced based on seniority Perform analytical lab testing to ensure product is in specification Perform line equipment verifications to ensure product meets standards Perform troubleshooting and adjustment to identify root cause for product quality related issues Perform receiving of raw materials such as nitrogen and CO2 Complete preventative maintenance on lab, waste water and water treatment equipment Complete changeover processes for product changeovers Responsibilities Position is responsible for delivering critical performance tasks associated with Food Safety and Product Quality for the beverage production operation. The SC QC Technician performs routine tasks to ensure the proper operation of the water treatment process used in the beverage process. The position also performs routine analytical testing of product, packaging, and environmental conditions to ensure compliance to regulatory, and operational requirements that are strictly defined in standard operating procedures, and manufacturing control plans. The SC QC Technician role has ownership over the operation of beverage proportioning equipment and works heavily with production and maintenance to deliver line efficiencies This job may require lifting/carrying items weighing 20-50 pounds repeatedly over 10 hour period; and continuous standing and walking, manipulating, and handling product samples while sitting Operate proportioning equipment, and monitor production line(s) Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
