The Supply Chain (SC) Supplier Management Analyst 2 is an entry level position responsible for assisting in procurement activities such as placing orders, receiving delivery and identifying comparable supplies and suppliers in coordination with the Corporate Services team. The overall objective of this role is to acquire goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business. **Responsibilities:** + Support end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, including supplier risk assessment, bidding/selection, contracting and payment + Support supplier risk management tools and frameworks utilized for adherence to related policies and standards + Assist broader functional team in maintaining relationships with external domestic and offshore suppliers + Help to perform basic audit, compliance, and quality assurance activities + Identify inconsistencies in data or results and recommend possible solution options + Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of supplier risk management tools and completing business process control confirmations + Coordinate compliance of audit/exam materials in reply to internal and external review requests + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + 0-2 years of relevant experience + Experience working with third party supplier, risk, control, and/or compliance + Working knowledge of industry practices and standards + Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Corporate Services ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Supply Chain ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Jacksonville Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $49,010.00 - $68,390.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
