GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for leading and directing the daily operations in the scale mezzanine to ensure the production of Safe, Quality Food.

Position is considered “safety sensitive” which requires the passing of an independently administered drug screen.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

Conduct daily inspections to ensure equipment and environment is in safe operating condition Place individuals for Master Packs as required and direct them on what to do Communicate with dry room lead, packaging lead and all PMO’s to ensure adequate product is being ran Notify PMO’s of hopper status Instruct scale workers on how to “fluff” product on hoppers Track schedule sequence and production Ensure any necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely Monitor breaks and lunches Keep area clean Any and all other duties assigned by your Supervisor
