What you'll be doing as a Scalehouse Attendant: * Serve as the first point of contact for customers depositing waste at a waste management facility, greet customers, direct customers and other traffic, and answer customer questions * Approach all encounters with employees, customers and vendors in a friendly, service-oriented manner. * Calculate correct payments for customers. * Ensure that incoming garbage loads are safe and do not contain any inappropriate material. * Ensure that customers and employees conduct all business in a safe manner and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Provide general upkeep of the Scale House. * Complete all administrative tasks including regular filing, and complete required reports. * Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his/her attention. * Attend company sponsored training and meetings as directed. * Work overtime as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry and minor customer service responsibilities.  Available shifts: Shift Timings - All Available Job requirements: * High school diploma or G.E.D preferred * Previous experience preferred but not required * Valid Drivers License  * Background check and drug screening required Ready to take control of the way you work?
