This individual’s primary responsibility will be supporting rhinology marketing director in developing integrated marketing and educational strategies and tactics to support best-in-class commercialization of the future pipeline assets within the Immunology market.

Brand Strategy
Support the Dupixent NP MD in developing brand plan and ensuring consistency across functions.Participate in launch readiness plan with assigned pre-launch deliverables and KPIsBrand positioning and message developmentUnbranded campaign as needed (the campaign means promotion mix including materials/key visual/etc… )Creates and supports execution of key opinion supporter development programAdvisory Board Planning and Management along with management of physician working groupsSupport the development and management of the DUPIXENT NP marketing budgetWork with medical team and other internal stakeholders to maximize the iEGP for NP in ChinaDevelop the Peer-to-Peer education strategy and program along with potential outcomes measurementBuilds on patient/customer insight to support innovation
Understanding of the NP market, drivers, barriers, and competitive positioningDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state(s), the competitive landscape and the overall market to develop high-impact and differentiating market conditioning strategies/tacticsIndependently supports team on MR projects; consistently delivers high quality output of MR.Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to develop and generate appropriate dataCoordination of Competitive Intelligence (CI) and development of competitive containment/positioning strategy and planDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams that support the brandsCollaborate with medical to manage key thought supporter influence and centers of excellence mapping strategy, research & executionServe as the Marketing executor for key Academic CongressesMarketing Execution
Fosters solution oriented stand-of-care innovation project to elevate NP clinical practice in pilot hospital and ensures implementationManage advertising agency partner and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain of responsibility, including compliance with applicable SOPs, industry codes of practice and best practices and actively lead and promote a compliance culture and safe environment throughout the organizationCustomer segmentation and implementation strategies.Ensure appropriate training in partnership with training team.Partner with sales leadership to gather relevant feedback and competitive intelligenceAbout you
What you should have?
Education:
Minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree is preferredMajor in medical or related medicine science is preferredExperience & knowledge:
Broad experience working in China and solid understanding of the evolving ENT area in ChinaAt least 3 years working experience in marketing or relevant functionssImmunology product pre-launch experience is strong preferredGood to have Experience in engaging customers through digital and multi-channel approach with solid deliverableFluent in Chinese and EnglishCore competencies:
