Description Compliance/quality advisor ensures adherence to standards, best practices, and operational procedures. Advisor will ensure operations aligns with business and customer needs. Advisor will provide ongoing support to operations for meeting standards, SLAs, quality assurance, operational excellence, optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Advisor will assist with the remediation of process deficiencies, compliance requirements, ticket management accuracy and completeness, and day to day operations. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
