Description
Compliance/quality advisor ensures adherence to standards, best practices, and operational procedures. Advisor will ensure operations aligns with business and customer needs. Advisor will provide ongoing support to operations for meeting standards, SLAs, quality assurance, operational excellence, optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Advisor will assist with the remediation of process deficiencies, compliance requirements, ticket management accuracy and completeness, and day to day operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in operational excellence, process management, continuous improvement or optimization. • Three - Five years' experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, process optimization, operations, or audit. • A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational deficiencies. • A strategic and analytical mindset. • An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills. • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Confidence in your abilities to identify and implement change. • Experience managing to SLA’s and managing teams to exceed requirements. • Experience using data to drive team performance and improvement. • Effective organizational and administrative expertise with strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills including customer facing experience. • Participate root cause analysis as needed. • Additional duties may be required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00
