Short Description Promptly and professionally answers telephone callsProvides a complete explanation of testing instructions and preparationsSchedules services, ensuring all aspects of appointments are appropriate and accurate, including patient demographics and appointment details.Obtains and records patient insurance, prescription, referral and other financial clinical documentsVerifies insurance eligibility and ensures that insurance requirements are met prior to delivery of service.
