Job Overview:

Responsible for scheduling patient s physician appointments and diagnostic testing. Collection of payments when due. Works closely with physician s secretary and nurse to ensure appropriate scheduling of patients. Must be able to multitask phones calls, scheduling, and interacting with patient s. Customer service skills a must.

Required:

Bilingual Spanish Multiple telephone line experience and good telephone etiquette Ability to communicate with patients, staff, and community members, both in person and on the telephoneHigh School diploma or equivalentBasic computer skills

Shift- 7:00am- 3:00pmMonday-FridayFull Time

Essential Functions:

Responsible for scheduling patient's physician appointments and diagnostic testingTriages telephone calls from patients that are truly of an emergency natureResponsible for collection of payments from patients when dueWorks closely with physician's secretary and nurse to ensure appropriate scheduling of patientsAble to multitask (phone calls, scheduling, interacting with patients and family members)Presents self in a professional manner and utilizes superior customer service skills
