Quad City Gastroenterology, located in Moline, IL is looking for a full-time Procedure Scheduler to join our busy and growing practice.

About the Opportunity

The Procedure Scheduler works closely with the provider, Practice Manager, ASC Manager, and other support staff to schedule office and ASC medical procedures.

Schedules diagnostic and imaging tests Schedules office and ASC-based medical procedures, tests, and imaging ensuring maximum efficiency of schedule Confirms patient insurance and provide accurate, detailed information to patients regarding test preparations, time of arrival, and any other pertinent information

This role will operate Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please note that the starting pay range for this position is between $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.

About the Candidate
