Job Overview:
The Scheduler for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support. This position is responsible for scheduling procedures, managing communication channels, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or EquivalentPrevious experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a scheduling or administrative roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Medical TerminologyPreferred:

Shift Working: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PMDay ShiftFull-Time, 37.5 Hours Per WeekEssential Functions:
Assist with department projects and programs by providing essential administrative support, including data entry, typing, photocopying, and filingTake detailed minutes during department meetings, ensuring that all notes are accurately transcribed and formatted according to departmental standards and providing necessary information and reports as requested by department leadership, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryMaintain an open and effective channel of communication with referring physicians, office staff, patients, and their families to facilitate smooth coordination of procedures and other departmental activitiesEfficiently schedule procedures within the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, coordinating with medical staff and patients to optimize workflow and patient careOversee the maintenance and ordering of office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the department is well-equipped to meet operational needsOther Duties:
