The Project Controls Analyst/Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6. They will provide cost loaded schedules as well as completed ready to execute resource loaded and logic driven schedules. They will conduct schedule maintenance, collect progress data, develop and implement project schedule/ status reports, and provide consistent, accurate information to the project team. They will mentor and train less experience Project Controls Analysts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Perform all MS Excel project schedule and cost related updates throughout the lifecycle of projects assigned.Interface with engineering, construction, planning, project management, and other transmission partners to verify updated MS Excel schedule, resource, and cost information.Conduct and lead project schedule baseline review meetings with team members.Analyze project progress and make recommendations as to forecasted costs.Maintain estimated costs in MS Excel.Perform final project assessment to ensure compliance with standards.Assist in developing metrics and measures for the project portfolio.Participate in development of project control standards and guidelines.Ensure planning, engineering, construction, and project management are following PLMP processes.
