Responsibilities

Work with program managers, engineering staff, and finance to standardize development of program schedules (resource loaded)Support program managers and capture managers on development of proposal schedules (outlining tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables).Work with program managers and engineering staff on scheduling approaches for program dependenciesWork with program managers to generate schedule summaries for briefings and executive reportsDevelop processes and tool suites that automate program planning in support of RFx responses, new program stand-up, and annual budget submissionDevelop integrated portfolio schedule that tracks key milestones and dependencies across all KGS programsWork with program managers, engineering staff, and finance to standardize development of program schedules (resource loaded)

Task 2: Schedule Management

Work with program managers on processes for maintaining and updating program schedulesSupport program managers with recurring schedule updatesDevelop and implement schedule performance metrics in support of program managersBuild “what-if” scheduling tools/processes that support program risk assessments and program trade studiesContinuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectivenessGather feedback from project teams and stakeholders to identify areas for process improvementManage and track KGS portfolio scheduleDevelop and implement portfolio schedule performance metrics

Task 3: Dependency Management

Develop and manage dependency tracker that tracks internal and external dependenciesDevelop processes and tools that integrated dependencies with Kuiper’s program of recordDevelop, manage, and report on government furnished equipment dependenciesSupport program managers and capture managers on development of proposal schedules (outlining tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables).Work with program managers and engineering staff on scheduling approaches for program dependenciesWork with program managers to generate schedule summaries for briefings and executive reportsDevelop processes and tool suites that automate program planning in support of RFx responses, new program stand-up, and annual budget submissionDevelop integrated portfolio schedule that tracks key milestones and dependencies across all KGS programs
