Job Description
The Commercial Construction Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules for commercial construction projects. This role involves coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction scheduling, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
+ Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule development.
+ Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes and delays.
+ Identify potential scheduling conflicts and provide solutions to mitigate delays.
+ Prepare and present schedule reports to project teams and clients.
+ Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual obligations.
+ Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
+ Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
+ Collaborate with the project team to develop recovery plans in case of schedule deviations.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in commercial projects.
+ Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
+ Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
