Job Title: Scheduler
Job Description

We are looking to hire a Scheduler or Scheduling Engineer to support our scope of work at Intel. The Scheduling Engineer will assist the project team in the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of both procurement and project schedules, as well as updating and maintaining these schedules and associated monthly narratives. The Scheduling Engineer will ensure the development and completion of job progress milestones through scheduling, analysis of work breakdown structure, and resource requirements using various methodologies such as Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Critical Path Method (CPM), and Earned Value Management (EVM).

ResponsibilitiesUtilize Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and experience to facilitate the development of the project schedule, develop work breakdown structures (WBS), evaluate the performance of the project, and analyze budget and/or resource variances from the baseline plan.Engage with trade partners for the development of baseline schedule, monthly updates, and recovery schedules.Communicate effectively with all field staff members, scheduling consultant, and the client to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates.Identify and communicate significant schedule risks to staff and appropriate division personnel. Take necessary actions to mitigate possible risk.Forecast impacts of variances to aid in the management of the schedule and implement controls to avoid claims.Analyze delivery impacts, time extensions, claims, etc. using schedule fragments.Interact with scheduling consultant in schedule reviews, claims analysis, etc.Perform monthly cash flow projections and analysis.Perform manpower projections and analysis.Participate in division training seminars.Train and lead classes and facilitate learning of the scheduling systems amongst the project staff.Essential Skills5+ years of construction scheduling experience.Experience using Primavera.Experience supporting industrial construction projects.Proficiency in developing, resource loading, analyzing, and reporting on project schedules.Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and work breakdown structures (WBS) methodologies, principles, and applications.General knowledge of construction means and methods.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.Experience working at Intel or TSMC.Experience with Federal Project contracts/scheduling.Work Environment

Onsite at Intel - could be either campus. Work schedule is Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month. The start and end times will be determined. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00

Annual Raises
Full Medical, no premiums
HSA account with $1,500 for individual or $3k for family contributed by HP
Cell phone allowance $75/month
Profit Sharing 15% of salary contributed by HP
401k can add more to this account on top of the 15% already provided, no additional match after that
Life Insurance $150k
Long-term disability included
Scholarships for employee’s children (it’s around $13k/year for any higher education or trade school)
PTO 15 days starting, add 1 day per year up to max of 25, can roll up to 30 days
HP Stock, full employee owned, receive shares after first year, then merit based and at promotions.
