We are looking for a Scheduler who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to implement new technologies to enhance operations. As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in managing scheduling processes, improving efficiencies, and developing tools to streamline workflows. This position involves working cross-functionally with various departments, assisting project managers with financial reporting, and utilizing automation to enhance scheduling capabilities. You will also handle order approvals, data entry, and dashboard creation in Power BI to track performance. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR + Experience & Skills: + Strong background in production scheduling and process optimization. + Proficiency in Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and SharePoint. + Experience with ERP/MRP systems for scheduling and data management is a plus. + Ability to develop tools for improved scheduling without requiring manual input from others. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Self-motivated and proactive in implementing new technologies and efficiencies. + Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with all departments. + Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement. + Education : Post-high school education preferred, but not required if the candidate has relevant experience + Personality : Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. WHAT YOU’LL DO + Develop and manage detailed production schedules to optimize workflows. + Implement new technologies and tools to improve scheduling efficiency. + Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement. + Assist project managers with financial reporting and monthly data tracking. + Maintain budgets for projects and ensure resource allocation aligns with business needs. + Approve orders, manage data entry, and oversee documentation processes. + Create and update dashboards in Power BI for performance tracking. + Lead small projects with short life cycles and ensure timely execution. + Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to align scheduling with business objectives.
