Scheduler Transdev in Oakland, California is hiring a Scheduler to intercept customer calls and schedule transportation. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Key Responsibilities: + Demonstrates proficiency with computer software to schedule and manage passenger trips + Demonstrates excellent team spirit and internal customer service + Demonstrate customer service to individuals and representatives regarding subscription services external groups and persons + Successfully enters data and tracks data + Coordinate with management to improve service delivery, streamline and improve processes and trip scheduling + Maintains data including file back-ups and documentation files. + Maintains confidentiality of all information + Other duties as required. Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED required. + 2 years reservationist or customer service experience. + Computer literate + Excellent communication and listening skills. + Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. Physical Requirements: + Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. + The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen. + Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
