SchedulerTransdev in Oakland, California is hiring a Scheduler to intercept customer calls and schedule transportation. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy. Key Responsibilities:  Demonstrates proficiency with computer software to schedule and manage passenger tripsDemonstrates excellent team spirit and internal customer serviceDemonstrate customer service to individuals and representatives regarding subscription services external groups and personsSuccessfully enters data and tracks dataCoordinate with management to improve service delivery, streamline and improve processes and trip schedulingMaintains data including file back-ups and documentation files.Maintains confidentiality of all informationOther duties as required.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 2 years reservationist or customer service experience. Computer literate Excellent communication and listening skills. Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
