Scheduler

Liverpool - Full Time 

We are recruiting for a new Scheduler to join the team in Liverpool to manage daily schedules for engineers across a leading Rail contract.

You will work on planning the onsite engineers and sub-contractors work including planned maintenance and reactive work ensuring timely completion of tasks and high customer care standards, focusing on KPI's. You will also: 

Update engineer reports Organise client callouts Managing operative diaries. and monitor outstanding work Develop and evaluate plans liaising with operations management for approvals

What do you need to be successful?

You will have proven success in planning and working to organise work within an engineering or maintenance environment. You will also have a high level of communication skills, have worked on Microsoft Excel at a basic level and be able to be proactive within a busy environment.  Knowledge of CAFM systems is highly advantageous with Maximo preferred.
