Job Title: Cleared Maritime Planner/Scheduler
Job Description
The employee shall assist the government with the development of availability work packages (AWP), integrated availability schedules, Plan and Actions and Milestones (POA&M) artifacts using Microsoft or industry-standard software tools and applications. The contractor shall assist in the development and management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and utilize Microsoft (MS) Project or approved scheduling tools that comply with industry best practices and fully capture the program's PWS and scope in its entirety.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in the development and management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
+ Utilize Microsoft (MS) Project or approved scheduling tools.
+ Develop and manage Program Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Contract Work Breakdown Structures (CWBS).
+ Integrate Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS).
+ Resource load the IMS with cost and effort data.
+ Assist in the development of time-phased cost and effort estimates.
+ Establish and maintain multiple baselines.
+ Forecast future cost and work efforts.
+ Run Critical Path Analysis (CPA).
+ Actively status the IMS as established in the project's Baseline Control documentation.
+ Utilize the IMS to support Earned Value Management (EVM) efforts.
Essential Skills
+ Active Secret Clearance.
+ Proficiency in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Project.
+ Experience utilizing Critical Path Method (CPM).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS).
+ Experience with NIWC would be beneficial.
+ Familiarity with industry-standard software tools.
Work Environment
The work is performed fully onsite in Portsmouth. There is occasional travel on a quarterly basis, typically 3-4 days at most, with San Diego being the most frequent destination. The position offers long-term and stable government work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
