Description These openings are on their behavioral health team. • Promptly answer phone calls (40/day) from patients and referents seeking behavioral health services • Make occasional outbound phone calls • Schedule and educate patients on behavioral health services for Minnesota clinics • Process internal and external referrals • Communicate scheduling outcomes with referral sources • Verify and update patient demographic information • Address patient complaints and concerns and escalate to management when appropriate • Attend or review notes/recording for mandatory meetings and trainings • Complete other duties as assigned by the Call Center Management Team Skills customer service, call center Top Skills Details customer service,call center Additional Skills & Qualifications Prefer 1+ year of call center experience Must have strong tenure and computer skills if they don't have call center 1. Strong ability to multi-task, handle stress, deescalate, and problem solve 2. Excellent critical thinking skills 3. Positive attitude and ability to be flexible in a team environment 4. Must be proficient in use of computers Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
