Responsibilities This position is responsible for coordinating all patient referrals at the request of the provider. Responsible for SCHEDULING ALL necessary appointments, and coordinating with the patient and outside referral provider. Responsible for notifying patients of appointments and giving any instructions needed. Responsible for entering referral information into the EHR and sending records to referrals as needed. Performs additional prior authorization responsibilities as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Scheduling related experience.
