What You’ll Do (but not limited to):
Play a pivotal role in supporting the branch with a variety of administrative tasks.Collaborate with the clinical manager and staff to manage patient schedules effectively, ensuring visits align with ordered frequencies and meet regulatory standards.Be the organizational backbone of our operations, helping to deliver outstanding care to our patients.Join us and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve!
Location: Salisbury Branch
Coverage area: Rowan & Iredell Counties
Schedule: Mon - Fri, in office
Must Have: Scheduling experience in a healthcare setting, home health is a plus!

Responsibilities
The Scheduler is responsible for effective service delivery to clients, guiding, and directing Direct Support Professional (DSP) schedules. The
Scheduler will assist with the assignment of appropriate staff to clients, schedule client services, identify problem situations and assist in
problem solving to strive for optimum outcomes.
