Saint Luke’s Central Scheduling is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. You will have the opportunity to provide customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community, and internal departments throughout SLHS for a minimum of two modalities within scope of position. Position is remote in the Kansas City metro.
Shift Details: Full Time Day
Responsibilities:
Consistently and accurately completes patient scheduling with limited supervision.
Adding all registration, insurance, demographics etc.
Problem solving concerns and issues.
Providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures.
Regularly assists in co-worker training. Consistently works on special projects.
Ability to perform scheduling in at least 2 locations within scope of the position.
Consistently demonstrates the ability to problem solve customer concerns.
Consistently scores within set department metrics.
May be part of helping develop the need for changes in department processes.
Productivity goals meet department metrics.
