Job Overview:
The Scheduler provides clerical and receptionist support for the unit and is the communication link of the multidisciplinary team. The position also requires scheduling operative procedures via walk-in, telephone and fax requests, using knowledge of procedures, area of body involved, equipment conflicts, staffing, surgeon preferences, scheduling habits and suite utilization.
