Provides onsite scheduling and manages waitlist for multiple disciplines at the local level. Responsible for optimizing booked rates by collaborating directly with onsite leaders and clinical staff to coordinate schedules. Assists the PAS Team Site Manager in the over site of ensuring staff are providing exemplary customer service utilizing the Service Excellence Standards set forth by the organization while interacting with all customers internal and external. Qualifications: Required: + High school degree or equivalent + Good verbal and written English communication skills. Preferred: + 1 Year job experience preferred within department + Experience with electronic medical records preferred + Proficiency in all therapy and medical scheduling functions and processes Certifications and Licenses Required: + N/A Scheduling Requirements: + FT Day Essential Functions: + Supports the PAS Team Site Manager in the area of orienting new staff and mentoring current staff related to customer service skills + Assists in training support staff on scheduling-related tasks on as needed basis + Maintains assigned scheduling primary job function which includes obtaining accurate clinical information in order to make a sound judgment as to which services are required for the appointments. Obtains intake information, including demographics, insurance information, referrals, and scripts timely and accurately. Schedules appropriate appointments based on reason for referral and intake information.
