Project Management and Automation: • Wave Plan Automation: - Lead initiatives to automate the wave planning process, ensuring uniformity and alignment with O-treat requirements. - Ensure due diligence checks are performed by CO weekly, covering key areas like MoT mix and sedan mix based on Flex Guidance. - Monitor and manage changes in dispatch start times, ensuring that any changes greater than 15 minutes are questioned to prevent disengagement and poor acceptance. • Fill Rate and Same-Day Blocks: - Maintain fill rate accuracy by ensuring same-day blocks are opened to meet set percentages (50% and 65% based on volume). - Coordinate with stations to ensure C1 and C2 are scheduled to 80% with a 100% wave plan provided. - Prioritize CT for first dispatches in wave plans, especially in sedan waves, to ensure smooth operations. 5. Long-Term Strategic Initiatives: • Wave Plan Volume Allocation and Adjustments: - Ensure the wave plan covers 100% of volume for D-1 and D-0 releases, following MMoT mix and sedan block mix strategy. - Oversee jurisdiction volume for DVT1 and DVT3, ensuring 50% pre-scheduling and raising the remaining volume at D-0. - Track maximum wave capacity changes and manage prioritization, including adjustments for changes in wave capacity. 6. Real-Time Monitoring and Reporting: • Fill Rate Dashboard: - Address issues with fill rate tracking by implementing a real-time dashboard to monitor D-0, D-1, and D-7 fill rates. - Analyze and report on fill rate trends to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with operational goals. 7. Tasks until End of Year (EOY): • Wave Plan Review: - Continue to review wave plans to ensure accuracy and alignment with overall scheduling objectives. • Fill Rate Monitoring: - Regularly monitor and adjust fill rates as required to ensure performance targets are met.
