Identify manpower shortfalls and third-party needs, seeking approval for all usage of outside resources. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today. **Position Summary** Work as part of a team to insure 100% scheduling and coverage (with a priority against scheduling) against in store assignments. Build reset jobs on a regional basis. Utilize proprietary management systems, and strong analytic and communication skills. Responsible for a specific geography, reporting to a Regional Operations Manager. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** + PTS Input – Input requested work into PTS system as it is received from client and customers. + Manpower Negotiation/Review – Review incoming manpower requests in order to evaluate true need versus customer/client request. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. + Strong understanding of retail reporting systems. + Safety: must have the ability to perform the job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Will utilize proper safety techniques and equipment use when necessary. Will be proactive in alerting Management of any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries. **Environmental & Physical Requirements** **Office / Sedentary Requirements** Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
