Scheduling Clerk
**This is a Full Time, Day Shift Scheduling Specialist position with Northwest Medical Center.** Responsible for the scheduling of GI, Radiology, Cardiopulmonary, Cath Lab, Ambulatory/Health Services, Women's Center, and Pre-Admission Testing procedures and other specialty procedures. **Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements** **Education:** Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience **Experience:** Required: One (1) year medical office/department experience. Preferred: Two (2) years in health care setting. **Skills:** Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed. **Licenses/Certifications:** Preferred: Medical Terminology certification. _Northwest Medical Center is comprised of a 300-bed hospital, three urgent care facilities, a freestanding emergency center and a large physician group, offering you a variety of settings in which to work.
