Triangle Family Dentistry's AB&B Management is the central billing office for multiple dental practices that provides the following services without patient interface: insurance verifications for treatment, database management for insurance plans, and maintain current eligibility status for patients to ensure proper coverage.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are the first interaction for guests and play an integral role in setting the expectations for their experiences. You will perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
Be professional, punctual, reliable, and accountable for the quality of your workAnswer phone according to telephone etiquette protocol, striving for 100% answer rateEnforces office policies and protocols with guests discreetly, tactfully, and professionallyMaintain guest accounts/records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information with a high degree of accuracyMonitor daily insurance correspondence from Home Office, coordinates with dental offices for resolution of issuesKeeps informed and updated on OSHA regulations and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) requirementsAlways adhere to service and brand representationCommitment to providing excellent customer serviceMaintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situationsAbility to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patients Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a dental setting.
