**Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator**
**Job Description**
This role for the Warehouse is a part of the Distribution Center team and provides administrative support. The rep is the liaison between the DC and outside parties such as receivers, shippers and DC clientele. At the advanced level, the rep is able to provide seamless information from the Customer to the Warehouse, is proficient with day to day operations and with the
operating tools and system, understands the daily work flow and has good command of assigned duties and required responsibilities, and can efficiently execute intermediate level responsibilities with minimal assistance or input from others.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in computer skills
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
+ Ability to understand and manage daily warehouse workflows.
+ Good command of day-to-day operations and required responsibilities in a warehouse setting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Organizational skills.
+ Ability to multi-task effectively.
+ Strong data entry skills.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a busy and active warehouse setting. You will work alongside a dedicated team, utilizing various technologies and equipment to manage daily operations. The role may involve standing for extended periods and requires attention to detail and efficiency. The dress code is casual, suitable for a warehouse environment.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
