2020 Companies is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in a part-time, remote role.
This seasonal position is set to run through October 31st, with the possibility of expanding based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Team Leads, Internal Rep Teams, and our corporate team to schedule daily work for our Representatives, monitor staffing gaps, and ensure seamless scheduling. In this role, you'll maintain a smooth workflow, ensure shifts are covered, and support the team’s operational needs. Additionally, you will help monitor key hiring areas and identify scheduling gaps to ensure optimal coverage.
Job Type: Seasonal Part-Time (20-25 hours per week) until October 31st with potential to extend

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily scheduling of reps in collaboration with Team Leads and other internal teamsUse software tools such as Dial Pad, SalesForce, Workday, and Microsoft Office to manage and update schedulesEnsure accurate and timely communication with reps regarding their daily assignments and any schedule changesMonitor key hiring areas and identify gaps in scheduling to ensure optimal staffing and coverageProactively address any scheduling conflicts or gaps to ensure no disruption to workflowMaintain a high level of organization to cover all shifts and responsibilities as neededProvide administrative support related to rep scheduling and workflow adjustmentsAssist with reporting and updating scheduling-related data as requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with various software tools (Dial Pad, SalesForce, Workday, Microsoft Office Suite)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyDetail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approachPrevious experience in scheduling or administrative support is a plus but not requiredJob Requirements:
