Job Description
+ On the phone for 90% of the shift scheduling individuals for physical therapy or diagnostic imaging appointments related to workers compensation.
+ Will be speaking with workers, clinics and doctors offices.
Scheduling Coordinator:
In this role the employee will be expected to contact workers’ comp claimants to assist with the scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. Employees will communicate with diagnostic imaging centers, outpatient therapy providers, work comp claimants and insurance carriers to ensure prompt scheduling of any diagnostic or outpatient therapy services.
Intake Coordinator:
In this role the employee will be expected to input workers’ comp claimant demographic information while seeking any additional documentation required to facilitate the scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. This includes reviewing medical documents for accuracy and soliciting additional information from various sources including medical doctors, insurance carriers and other 3rd party vendors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Highly prefer NEW GRADS for this position
+ 6+ months prior customer service experience in a professional environment - any office location, no preference on industry
+ 40+ WPM typing
+ Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
