What success looks like in this role:

Responsible for managing the delivery for few clients. Delivery includes implementing the FSR (WFM) Cycle end to end.Process ImprovementsHypercare program for new accountsWork with Solution Architects for prospective customerPeople Management/DevelopmentKnowledge EnhancementFocus on improvement areas by client for all FSR (WFM) metricsEffective Coordination within the Team and a good Team MotivatorInitiatives that would improve the process/metrics for an account/Region

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
