Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Scheduling Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Scheduling Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Mission Operations team supporting the Scheduling Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing demands, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Scheduling Operations Coordinator
**Location:** Foster City, CA
**Pay Range:** 42/hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage the coordination of day-to-day activities for our growing autonomous vehicle fleet for both R&D and commercial operations.
+ Review change control board requests, previous day failed missions, and engage stakeholders from multiple departments on a daily basis to understand changing requirements and demands.
+ Exercise judgment and discretion to develop solutions to remove obstacles and redefine approaches for product testing.
+ Ensure that vehicles are configured to meet the demands of each individual test or service need before allowing the vehicle to be used.
+ Coordinate vehicle logistics, time at various proving grounds, and personnel resources to support R&D and commercial operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-2 years of experience forecasting and planning.
+ 1-2 years of project management/coordination experience.
+ Skilled in managing projects and cross-functional teams with a broad range of engineering and technical disciplines.
+ Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands, and meet tight deadlines with strong follow-through.
