Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Thayer Dental Lab in Mechanicsburg, PA for a Scheduling & Shipping and Receiving Specialist.

The regular hours for this position are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

Scheduling cases in Magic Touch, printing work tickets and attached to case pans. Answering telephones. Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed following instruction which includes wearing protective gear. Assisting with shipping cases with FedEx software and properly maintaining database integrity and account naming procedures. Calling customers to verify and/or gather information to properly schedule cases. Responsible for contacting local drivers for scheduling pick-ups. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area free of debris. Assist with filing completed paperwork properly.

Minimum Education and Experience Required: 

Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent No experience required
