Summary
Assists in the daily operation of various research and quality improvement projects as assigned.

Job DutiesAssists with data abstraction and data entry. Develops future projects along with the primary Investigator. Coordinates research/quality improvement (QI) projects within guidelines and standards. Coordinates efforts to present and publish abstracts and manuscripts generated by research/QI projects. Assists with the development of grant proposals and budgets. Serves as a resource for all research team members and interdisciplinary staff.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a healthcare or research related field. 2 years experience in healthcare or research. Ability to work well with minimal supervision. Knowledge of MS ACCESS, Excel, and Word.
Preferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree in a healthcare or research related field.
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
