Under direction, manages the operations of the school's main offices and its staff. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures; office management; standard records procedures; business English; computer proficiency to include multiple computer applications designed to execute office work. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and proactively; meet deadlines; maintain confidential and important data and records and prepare reports from such records; compose and proofread correspondence; interact effectively and courteously with the school community; exercise sound judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting school policies and procedures. Demonstrates commitment to students; high degree of professionalism; excellent problem-solving, organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills with minimal supervision. Knowledge of and the ability to meet the seven core competencies of the Supporting Services Professional Growth System (SSPGS).

EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERIENCE:
High School or GED diploma required. Associates degree preferred. Minimum five years of progressively more responsible experience, three of which shall have been performing clerical work in a school setting. Training in personal computing sufficient to perform complex tasks working with text documents, spreadsheets and databases. Other combinations of applicable education, training, and experience which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position may be considered.
