Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Uxbridge, MA who is currently seeking a qualified School Aide / Paraprofessional to assist them on a contractual basis. Details of the position include: Position: School Aide / Paraprofessional Description: + Working 1:1 and/or in small groups with the elementary population + Supporting students with ASD and / or social emotional / cognitive disabilities. + Experience with collecting data, de-escalation, ABA principals. + 9 year old in 4th grade in subseparate - 30 day eval (evals typically extend so long as student remains in district following eval) + Behavioral profiles are consistent with young age, ASD, some elopement, throwing, work refusal Location: Uxbridge, MA Facility Type: Public School Start: ASAP Duration: 30 days (likely extension for full school year) Hours: Monday - Friday 7:40a - 2:05p Pay Rate: $22-$26/hr (based on experience) Requirements: + Ideal candidate is Safety Care Trained + ABA Experience I hope to connect soon!
