Details: Hours: 37.5/week Schedule: M-F 7:45am - 3:30/4:00pm Start Date: ASAP **Team of 3 total BCBAs on site for entire 250-400 student population. will work as a team to oversee behavioral framework of school and educate teachers on approach to certain behaviors. Should plan to work with students directly as well where needed, and be a part of IEP meetings to help coordinate education plans. **The School is an 11 month school, with 2-3 weeks off in summer, winter break and spring break. Far more hours worked in a calendar year than most of the school roles, which works very well for agency staff making hourly and will earn a greater amount than salaries or public school temp work Job Description: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.
