Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct mental health services and working with school-aged children. This will be based out of our Belleville, IL facility.

Responsibilities

Provide consumer-driven services identified in treatment/recovery/safety plans. Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and the developmental stages. Refer and link clients to additional services and community resources. Provide services in the school environment as appropriate. Assume leadership roles.

 

Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field with at least 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance and be insurable. Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and an electronic medical record (EMR).
