Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom observations to assess teaching effectivenessEvaluate teachers, administrators, and staff membersProvide constructive feedback for professional growthDevelop and implement professional development plansCoach educators to enhance instructional strategiesAnalyze student performance data to inform instructionIdentify trends and areas for improvementInform school-wide initiativesCollaborate with teachers, administrators, and stakeholdersCommunicate evaluation results and recommendationsFacilitate professional learning communitiesDevelop and implement evaluation toolsEnsure compliance with district or state evaluation protocolsSupport school improvement plans

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Experience in family, individual and group therapy, as well as community education.Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor; PLPCLicensed Professional Counselor ; LPCLicensed Masters Social Worker; LMSWLicensed Clinical Social Worker; LCSWProvisionally Licensed Psychologist; PLPLicensed PsychologistPsyD/PhD (doctorate level)

Additional Qualifications:

•             A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

•             Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•             Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
