School-Based Mental Health Clinician - (Full-Part time) – Oshkosh or Fox Valley School Districts Description: Catalpa Health is looking to add Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to our School-Based Team! The Rise Up program consists of on-site confidential mental health counseling within the Oshkosh/Fox Valley Area School districts, as part of a collaborative team approach to address the mental health needs of students. This school-based position offers schedule flexibility, opportunities for summers off, a very competitive salary, and continuing education opportunities. This position also provides flexibility for providers to join our Catalpa Clinic team and school base team! Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provides pediatric and adolescent counseling services. Diagnoses and applies evidence-based treatments for psychological disorders. Maintain relationships with school districts, other professionals, and community organizations. Collaborates with school district staff when appropriate Develops and maintains accurate records regarding case progress, evaluations, and any further treatment recommendations.
