Location and Hours Based in Mooresville Indiana , this position serves schools throughout Morgan County. The role follows a Monday-Friday schedule with flexible daytime hours aligned with school operations and occasional after-school activities. No weekends required.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support:Provide one-on-one behavioral and emotional support to students.Assist students in developing coping, communication, and problem-solving skills.Collaboration:Partner with families, school staff, and community resources to address barriers to success.Promote positive behavioral strategies and interventions within the classroom.Case Management:Conduct case management services to connect families with appropriate resources.Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency standards.Crisis Intervention:Support crisis management as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of students.What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Experience working with children or youth in behavioral health, education, or similar settings.Knowledge of trauma-informed practices is a plus.Skills & Attributes:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff.Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.Organizational skills to manage documentation and case management effectively.Why You’ll Love Working Here

Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.
Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
Must have reliable means of transportation in order to transport clients in personal vehicle.
Proof of valid and current auto insurance is required.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
