Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Develops and updates policies and procedures to ensure compliance with external laws and regulations.Investigates complaints or allegations of non-compliance, suggesting steps to address and prevent future violations.Prepares annual and ad hoc reports to maintain programmatic authorization including completing documentation to obtain approval by states’ programmatic approving agencies (e.g., boards, departments, commissions).Evaluates planned or implemented changes in the standards and requirements of local, state, regional, and/or national approval agencies.Works with internal stakeholders to obtain, compile, and maintain data required to complete external reports.Produces high-quality work on short deadlines.Performs other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Position & Application Details
