Location: Beloit, WI

School Setting: Elementary

Pay:

Local: $50/hr Travelers (living outside 50 miles from district office): $2,183 per week

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Duration:

Approximately 26 weeks For the rest of the school year, ending around June 10th

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive school counseling programs Provide individual and group counseling to support academic, career, and social/emotional development Collaborate with educators, parents, and the community Conduct prevention and intervention activities (e.g., bullying, conflict resolution, crisis management) Assist students with educational transitions (e.g., elementary to middle school, high school to postsecondary) Utilize data to improve counseling programs and learning environments Stay current with state and federal laws, and ethical standards Engage in ongoing professional development

Requirements:
