Immediate RN position open January 7, 2025 to care for a Pre-K student in the Batavia School Dist.101.  Hours are Monday through Thursday 845am to 12pm.  Child requires oxygen monitoring and g tube feedings during school hours.

Responsibilities

Work as a 1:1 school nurse in a Batavia school with a Pre-K student.  Hours are Monday through Thursday 845am to 12pm Other work available in addition to this part-time position.  You can work other assignments on Fri, Sat or Sun. doing home care visits. Provide monitoring of O2 sat's, vital signs and g tube feedings.  Administer medications as needed. Assist student with classroom activities. Collaborate with teachers and school team members to provide a healthy environment for learning. Monitor patient’s condition and notify parents and appropriate personnel of any changes. Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws. Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA).

Qualifications

RN unencumbered license in State of Illinois Illinois driver's license Minimum one year school nurse or pediatric experience required CPR/BLS required Clean background check and ability to pass drug screen
