Position(s) Open: School Psychologist Duration: Full School Year Start Date: ASAP Submittal/Interview Process: Interview Virtually Hours/schedule: 7.5 hours per day (30 min unpaid lunch) Total of 35 Hours per week, Hours vary by school Qualifications/Licensure: MD School Psychologist License Typical job duties & work environment: IN PERSON ONLY, NO REMOTE/HYBRID . Assessments and school psych services to a diverse urban population. Specific information to be discussed in the interview Specific experience required: 1 year + as a School Psychologist What type of EMR/charting is used (if applicable): Baltimore Focus- Digital System Ratios (if applicable): Caseload: 20-25 assessments per year. 15-20 students. Location of assignment: Baltimore, MD – IN PERSON Float Requirement: May be asked to float between 2 schools but they are open to stable assignments if needed Orientation process: MD online- they provide training 1st week Dress Code & Parking: School Professional Credentialing Requirements: MD 486, CPS, Fingerprints + Badge at District HQ only, MD School Psych License, MSDE Verification Additional Notes: They provide 5-6 Professional Developments annually. Mandatory attendance once per month The School Psychologist works to support students through avariety of mental health and developmental issues and aid in qualifyingstudents for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-sitepsychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state anddistrict.
