We’re seeking a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with a student at a high-performing charter school. This role offers weekly pay, a beautiful facility, and a small caseload focused on one student. Pay Rate: $22 - $24 per hour Details: + Location: K-8 Charter School located just outside of Matthews, NC + Pay Frequency: Weekly + Start Date: October 21 + Hours: 7:55 AM - 3:55 PM Responsibilities: + Provide 1:1 behavior support to an 8-year-old girl in a self-contained class. + Collaborate with a virtual BCBA for supervision and guidance. Requirements: + Active RBT license. + Strong background in behavior support, preferably in a 1:1 setting. + Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities. + Previous school experience preferred but not required.
