Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $56,330 - $71,810 (based on qualifications and experience).

School Social Worker Responsibilities:

Providing individual and group counseling for elementary and middle school students in two different buildingsCollaborating closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive school environment Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback for improvementSupport students in setting academic goals, resolving conflicts, and overcoming personal challenges Become a valued member of the school’s counseling teamWillingness to support students on your caseload and others who require as-needed counseling

School Counselor Requirements:

School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all agesMaster's Degree in Social Work or a related field3+ years of Social Work experience highly preferredValid PDE School Social Worker or Educational Specialist PK-12 Certificate required
